Room Rates
Double for single occupancy – £215 per night
Twin for double occupancy – £235 (£117.50 per person) per night
Booking for 2 people
If you are sharing a room, only one person needs to book and pay for the room; the lead booker should book the room in their name and pay for it in full. The second person should settle payment with the lead directly and not book anything via the booking portal to avoid duplicating bookings.
If you are booking for a colleague, please ensure that they are aware so they don’t book again when they are registering.
Please note – only one room can be booked per booking.

If you require a family room / cot, please use the booking portal to secure a room and then call the Fairmont to discuss your requirements. Please call +441334 837046 and quote SICS2024 and your booking reference which you will find on your accommodation booking confirmation email.
