The 7th Scottish Maternal Critical Care Symposium

This biannual symposium is run by the Scottish Maternal Critical care Network which aims to improve outcomes for critically ill women during their peri-partum journey through multidisciplinary collaboration. The symposium provides education and updates on important topics in maternal critical care and invites professionals from across the multi-disciplinary team to share their experiences, audit, research and quality improvement work in this field. Last year it was attended by over 185 delegates from anaesthesia, obstetrics, midwifery, critical care and maternal medicine. Feedback from last year was excellent - 90% of respondents said they would recommend it to a colleague.
