Diagnosis and next steps

Mr Jones’ diagnosis is community acquired pneumonia causing respiratory failure. Blood cultures have been taken and Mr Jones commenced co-amoxiclav and clarithromycin. We need to monitor Mr Jones’ oxygen levels, BP, ECG and urine output.
